Out of Prison Programs

Our after-release services provide a way for our clients to grow deeper in Christ while building relationships with positive Christian role-models.  We start with counseling, peer support, a discipleship program (Shepherd’s program), Bible Study, Christian education (Courage for My Life) and participation in regional community events that span across Missouri.

What makes this valuable is that the ladies are involved with individuals they know and trust from prison and recognize the ministries’ motivation for a successful transition to a new and healthy lifestyle centered in Christ. We are seeing tremendous results as the ladies take advantage of our after-release offerings and support, often resulting in healed relationships with their children and other family members.

Ultimately our ministry is being built and expanded by the ladies who have transitioned from prison and experienced God’s forgiveness, grace and healing power after release.  They are the next generation that is picking up the mantle to minister to others with a similar past.  They are a witness to God’s power and grace and are bringing others into the Kingdom.
